CRANBERRY MUFFINS

Charlene

1 ½ Tbsp. butter
½ cup sugar
½ can canned milk
1 cup flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 cup raw cranberries


Cream together butter and sugar. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients, then add to butter mixture. Fold in cranberries. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes.

Charlene’s hint: add a little more sugar to take away tartness.
