FOUR BEAN SALAD

Nellie (VeLoy’s sister)


2 cans green beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin


Dressing:
¾ cup sugar 1 cup oil
1 tsp. celery seed ¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Boil dressing for 5 minutes. Pour over beans while warm. Chill before serving.
