HAWAIIAN HAYSTACKS

Cook desired amount of brown rice. Stir fry bite size pieces of chicken breast.
Make gravy from 4 cups seasoned chicken broth and ¼ cup cornstarch. Add chicken to gravy.

Prepare individual plates of your choice of the following:


tomatoes
celery
green peppers
green onions
pineapple tidbits
sunflower seeds
sliced almonds
coconut
olives
water chestnuts
Chinese noodles
grated cheese
Spanish onions


Everyone prepares their own meal using the toppings they like.
