1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups flour
½ cup powdered sugar
Mix above ingredients and spread in flat cake pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Filling:
4 eggs beaten 1 ¾ cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice 5 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking power
Place filling on top of baked crust and bake for approximately 25 minutes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
