PEACH ICE CREAM

2 cups peaches (fresh peaches work better than frozen or canned)
1 cup milk


Place peaches in blender. Add milk and blend thoroughly.

In large mixing bowl put:

8 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups sugar
dash of salt
1 pint half and half

Mix well and pour into freezer along with peaches and milk. Add enough milk to mixture to fill can to full line. Recipe is for a 3 quart freezer.
