1 ½ cups margarine or shortening
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
1 ¼ cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 ½ cups flour
2 cups peanut butter
3 ½ cups instant oatmeal
Mix eggs and sugars together then add the remaining ingredients. Pat into 2 cookie sheets. Bake 375º for 10-12 minutes. When cooled frost with chocolate frosting. Cut into squares and serve.
