2 can chicken broth
2 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
1 cup rice
1 bag frozen vegetables
1 can corn
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 Smoked sausage- cut in half long ways and then sliced in one inch slices.
Combine everything in a pan over med-high heat. Cook until rice is tender.
