potatoes, slice into round slices
white onion, sliced and then quarter
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Fry potatoes and onion until tender and brown. Put into a casserole dish and pour milk over until ½ inch below the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
