SNICKER DOODLES

1 cup margarine 2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 ½ cups sugar ½ tsp. salt
2 eggs 3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Blend margarine and sugar together. Mix in all other ingredients, saving flour for the last and add it slowly. Chill dough for 1 hour. Form into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350º.
