SWEDISH PANCAKES (CREPES)

1 cup flour (sifted)
¼ tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 eggs
3 cups milk – add last and gradually to other ingredients.

Mix until well blended, and let stand 2 hours. Beat batter again and fry as pancakes.
