1/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. minute Tapioca
2 ¾ cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minute before cooking. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil (pudding thickens as it cools). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool before serving.
