6 cups lukewarm water
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 egg
½ cup honey, sugar, or molasses
8 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup oil

Mix and let rise to double. Knead. Let rest for 10 minutes. Shape into loafs. Let rise. Bake at 425º for 10 min, 375º for 25 min. Makes 4 loaves.
