Mix together then set aside:
1 cup Bisquick
3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
½ cup finely chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
Beat together:
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
Blend with egg mixture:
½ tsp. salt
dash freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp. dried)
½ tsp. Lawry’s seasoning salt
½ tsp. marjoram
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Flatten out zucchini and space out in dish.
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
