BEEF JERKEY

5 lbs. ground beef (80 – 85 % fat free)
9 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning (Costco)

(Breaks down to approximately 1 ¾ Tbsp. seasoning to 1 lb. ground beef.)

Add a little water or beef broth to aid in mixing and to help it go through the jerkey press. Let sit 8-12 hours before putting in dehydrator. Making all 5 lbs. uses about 11 trays, and takes 24 hours in dehydrator.
