9 oz. can bean dip
3 oz. cream cheese – softened
1 cup sour cream
7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 ½ cup chopped onions
1 ½ tsp. taco seasoning mix
½ lb. Monterey Jack cheese - grated
½ lb. cheddar cheese - grated

In a medium bowl combine bean dip, cream cheese and sour cream; mix well. Add green chilies, onion, and seasoning mix; blend well. Spread half of mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer cheese on top, and spread with the remaining bean mixture. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.
