1 cup diced celery
¼ cup diced onions – sauté
4 cups diced chicken – stir fried
2 cups rice
2 cans mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 ½ cups chicken broth
2/3 cup cashews (optional)
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Top with Chinese noodles and bake another 15 minutes.
