1 small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) ctn. Cool whip
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
2small cans mandarin oranges, drained
½ pkg. fudge stripe cookies, broken into fourths
Mix pudding and buttermilk together. Fold in cool whip, pineapple chunks and oranges. Just before serving, add cookies.
