CREAM PUFFS

Teton Valley High School Home Ec.


½ cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
½ cup of butter
2 eggs
½ cup flour


Boil water and butter, add flour and salt. Cook until forms a ball, let sit for 5 minutes. Add 2 eggs, stirring in one at a time.

Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Cool and fill with pudding, salad, ice cream, or whipped cream.
