GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

1 Serv-pak (20 to 22 squares) Graham crackers finely crushed (1 ¼ cup)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
¾ stick butter (8 Tbls.) – melted

Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir into melted butter, and mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour before filling. Or bake at 375º for about 7 minutes, and cool before filling.

Note: to crush crackers, place between sheets of waxed paper or paper towels, and crush with a rolling pin or place in blender.
