Place salmon in microwave safe dish.
½ or ¼ way full of lemon juice
½ cup “I can't believe it’s not butter” spray
salt and pepper to taste

Microwave 3 minutes, turn salmon and cook 3 minutes on second side. Pour butter over salmon cook an additional 3 minutes or until salmon flakes. For a crisper crust place the salmon on the top rack of oven and broil for 3 minutes, watching carefully.
