Wilton Cake Cookbook
1 lb. powdered sugar (3 ½ cups)
¼ cup powdered milk
½ cup plus 1Tbls. shortening
¼ cup plus 1 tsp. water
dash of salt
1 tsp. flavoring – almond or vanilla
This recipe is wonderful for almost any decorating. It holds its shape beautifully for cakes, cookies, etc. Can be divided and used to make several different colors if needed.
