Brown together:
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 chopped onion
Add to the above mixture:
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (28 oz.) Italian plum tomatoes un-drained
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Simmer above while cooking 1 pkg. lasagna noodles for 12 minutes.
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Alternate noodles, sauce, and cheeses into three layers.
Bake at 350ยบ for 20 to 30 minutes.
