RIGATI SALAD

24 oz. Rigati pasta – cooked and drained

Dressing:
½ cup salad oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Marinate pasta in dressing overnight in the dressing.

Before serving add:

3 stalks celery, sliced
1 green pepper, slivered
1 medium Spanish onion, slivered
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
