SPINACH SALAD

1 bag baby spinach
1/3 cup bacon bits
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled


Dressing:

1 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard


Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
