ROOT BEER WITH DRY ICE – 5 gallons

5 gallons water
5 lbs. dry ice
1 bottle root beer extract
5 lbs. sugar


Stir occasionally while dry ice is dissolving. It is ready to drink in about 20 minutes. It is best to make it in a 10 gallon container.
