SHEPHERD’S PIE

1 pkg. frozen peas & carrots – thawed.
1 cup tomato soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground beef, browned & seasoned
mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


After you have cooked the ground beef add the tomato soup (don’t add milk or water), and chili powder and place in bottom of a baking dish. Next layer is the peas and carrots, then spread a layer of mashed potatoes, sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 – 40 minutes.

My son love this. I make it as a treat, but he doesn't know how easy it is to make.
