To prepare: Cut Spaghetti Squash in half lengthwise and clean out seeds.
Oven: Place cut side up in a baking dish with a half inch of water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375º for approximately one hour or until you can easily remove spaghetti-like strands with a fork.
Microwave: Place cut side down in a baking dish, add ¼ cup water. Cover with clear wrap and cook 7-8 minutes.
Stovetop: Place side down in 2” of water cover and boil for 20 minutes.
Scoop out spaghetti and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce and cheese.
