Pom-pom Bottle Fun

When I had a class ranging from 12-20 months, we played with pom-poms and bottles for a problem solving activity. The young children learned to put the pom-poms in the bottle, and the older were able to dump/ pull out the pom-pom.

large container


Fill container with pom poms and a few empty bottles. Make sure children keep pom poms out of their mouth. Let the children play as they choose. Children will use problem solving skills to turn the bottle over when they want the pom poms out.
