GRAHAM CRACKER DESERT

1 Tbsp. gelatin (1 package) in ½ cup cold water

Cook the custard:

2 egg yolks
½ cup milk
½ cup sugar
Pinch of salt


Remove from stove and add gelatin and cool. Then add the following:

1 cup cream, whipped
2 egg whites, whipped
1 Tbsp. vanilla


For crust mix together:
24 crushed graham crackers

3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter


Line pan with half the crumbs. Pour mixture in and top with the rest of the crumbs. Let stand in fridge for 2 hours before serving. Serves 10
