8 oz. (1 ½ cups) elbo-roni
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, diced salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain and add milk, salt and pepper; heat and then set off stove. Add cheese and stir until most is melted. Don’t melt completely.
